What is it about?
The GOL Programme 'Guaranteed Employability of Workers' is the national intervention financed by the European Union within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP).
The GOL Programme aims to reform active labour policies and combat unemployment.
The GOL Programme is an offer of services for the integration and reintegration into employment and the qualification or retraining of workers. It aims to improve job search and accompaniment opportunities for citizens seeking new employment.

Who are the recipients?
The programme is open to unemployed persons aged between 30 and 65, resident and/or domiciled in Lombardy, who are alternatively:
- Beneficiaries of social safety nets (NASPI and DIS-COL)
- Citizenship Income recipients
- Men over 55
- Women
- Persons with other vulnerabilities
It is therefore possible to take advantage of the training completely free of charge, if they meet the requirements, after registering and issuing the DID (declaration of immediate availability) at the Job Centre.
The beneficiaries, after an intake and assessment phase, will be placed in a specific aid bracket and will be able to benefit from:
- Job reinsertion: orientation services and accompaniment to work
- Upgrading: short-term vocational training interventions
- Retraining: more in-depth professionalising training
- Work and inclusion: in cases of complex needs, activation of the network of territorial services is envisaged
At the end of the courses a certificate will be issued by the Lombardy Region
